by Ted DekkerI got this one for an upcoming Blog Tour (coming April 22nd). I get to start it tonight. I love Dekker and have been bouncing with excitement since I found out I got to be apart of the Blog Tour (my first *insert squeal here).

I have never heard of this author, so don't know if I would like to read it or not. In the meantime enjoy the book tour, and Happy Reading.
Wow. LoL. Loved the teaser. I've seen a lot of Ted Dekker books. :-P
It took me a while to actually go out and buy The Mortal Instruments series simply because EVERYONE ELSE had been reading it and I hate there's a lot of hype about books becaues that usually means that I'll be disappointed. But so far I really like City of Bones. I'm more than halfway through and I can't find anything in it that would cause me to feel otherwise. It's pretty good.

Ann, It's probably not your cup of tea. It's a thriller/mystery but not a cozy one. I've got a couple of those on my list to read though. See you're influencing me for the better. ha! ha!
wildIrishRose, I agree. I have bypassed many books because of the hype which is why I kept putting this one back. I might reconsidering now.
I haven't read anything by this author...yet, but I've read several good reviews.
