(and truthfully...to help make sense of it all) A common theme is the ramblings of my bipolar world which I share without shame so no one else has to hide or be ashamed of themselves or the ones they love. I really hope that is true! I spend my Sunday relaxing near the beach and enjoying good company. If it sets the precept to the week, then I need to spend my Sundays this way more often!
